Supervision

I offer supportive, relational supervision that will provide you with a space to reflect on your work and your clients, as well as explore your needs as a helping professional.

I am the Clinical Lead of a counselling service in Winchester and I have my own private practice. I have worked in mental health and wellbeing for 12 years, including as a counsellor, crisis practitioner, supervisor, and as a manager of various mental health teams. I have worked within young peoples' therapeutic services, Higher Education wellbeing teams, rape crisis settings, and providing brief therapy for individuals in the film and TV industry.

I offer Supervision face-to-face or online.

My fees are £60/hour for individuals.
